What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you email or call us; your name, contact details and party size when you reserve a table; your name, contact details, order and payment details when you order online or buy a gift card; your name, contact details and resume when you apply for a job; your name, contact details, the topic you choose and what you write when you send the contact form.

Information collected automatically: our web host keeps standard server logs, which record your IP address, your browser and the pages requested. Google Analytics (see Cookies below) records page visits.

How we use it

To fill your order, seat your reservation, answer your message and consider your application. To run and improve the website. To send you receipts and confirmations. To send news and offers only if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: Toast (online ordering, payments and gift cards), OpenTable (reservations), our website host, our email provider, Web3Forms (which delivers the contact form to our inbox), and Google (Analytics, the typeface this site loads, and the map on the Contact page). Each of them has its own privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Toast. Your full card number never reaches our website or our staff.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and shows us which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from; we do not use it to identify you. It loads its typeface from Google Fonts and the map on the Contact page from Google Maps, which means Google receives your IP address when those load, and Google Maps may set its own cookies. You can block cookies and third party requests in your browser. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them yet.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop marketing to you, by emailing hello@yutori-pa.com. We will confirm your identity first and reply within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Keeping it safe

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No website is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
